Here at IPC we believe buying a home in Spain should be no different to buying a home in the UK.
If you was moving from lets say 'Manchester' to 'Hull' and didn't now the area or the types of properties available in 'Hull'. The first thing that most people would do is register with an agent to put them on their mailing list for properties that they would be interested in.
The agent would need to know the size and style of property that you was interested in and your maximum budget, along with any requirements to be taken into consideration such as schools, work and location for amenities ie; shops and social venues.
The agent should then present you with a list of properties within your buget of a style and size as requested. He wouldn't suggest that he book you onto a coach and bring you over to 'Hull' within days of registering your details with them, to view properties well out of your price range and in area's that you didn't want to look at. That's not what you would expect in the UK and we at IPC don't believe that's what should happen when looking to buy abroad.
We at IPC believe you should be given the same considerations when choosing a property abroad as you would in the UK.
Putting people on the next available plane to Spain is not the way we operate and never have! this only leads to bad press and disappointed clients. Our job is to make sure that we locate the right properties for you which fall well within all of your specifications before we even suggest a viewing trip.
A viewing trip should be the last thing you should be asked to consider, viewing trips are heavily subsidised and therefore should only be considered when you have found a must have property/properties.
From taking your details to signing for a property could cost the company as much as 10,000 euro, thats why it's important that we locate the right type of property first. There's no point in sending clients out to Spain to look at something that just isn't right for them.

We at IPC do srongly recommend that you view a property before committing yourself to buying, even if you are buying off plan and never intend to use it for yourself, but only after we have found you properties worth looking at.
Autumn through to spring are the best times to take a viewing trip.
Its less crowded much cooler and the traffic is more relaxed.
Only when we have found you properties within your budget and in the area that you have requested to view, we can arrange a subsidised viewing trip to sample the area and view the properties.
A viewing trip is essential when planning a new lifestyle, after all if you was moving from lets say 'Manchester' to 'Hull' , you would want to drive over to look at the properties and get a good feel for the area.
Viewing trips are usually over a three/four day period from an airport near you, airport pickup accommodation and meals are included.
You will be taken out on a one to one tour, on the first day depending on when you arrive to get the feel for the area then on the second and third day you will be taken to view the properties that you have chosen. The forth day is usually taken up maybe going back to see a property for a second time and going over any details with you before you leave for home.
This would be a no pressure trip, all we ask is that you are in a position to buy.
