How was IPC founded;
In 2003 my wife and I decided to sell our home in the UK and move to Spain for a better life. We spent hours on the net looking for those properties that we all see on the TVs A Place in the Sun, only to find that it was a mine field of property agents offering properties with very over inflated prices. Not being able to find anything suitable we decided to rent an apartment in Almeria southern Spain while we looked around various immobiliaria's, these are small agents with shop fronts offering properties for sale.
In Spain anyone can open such a shop and call themselves an estate agant, thats why you will sometimes find the same properties offered with many agants at differing prices. It took us a long time to find property agents that we knew we could trust to deliver a product at a realistic price.
